You will need 2 to 3 operators for raw material loading, mold change, and quality checking. No manual handling of wet blocks is required.

2.Can we produce colored pavers on this machine? What is the process? ?

Yes, you can. You will need a double-layer feeding system accessory. The process is: first, add the color mix (cement + color pigment) into the face layer hopper, then the base concrete goes into the main hopper. The hydraulic system compresses both layers together. We can provide the color dosing unit as an optional add-on.

3. What is the hydraulic pressure rating and why is it important?
